Happy New Year! Rosh Hashanah

By September 25, 2014Pediatrics

Today marks the beginning of the new Jewish year. It is a religious holiday that celebrates the anniversary of what is believed to be the creation of the first man and woman.

While we can’t all gather in a crowd of shofar blowers – this group broke a world record for the most people sounding the traditional instruments made from kosher animal horns at one time – we can take a moment to revive our spirits and think about how we want the next year to unfold before us.

In therapy, as in life, it is good to have healthy goals. Shanah Tovah.
