By November 8, 2013Adult

Yoga has been known to work wonders for the body and mind. Sure, we all know a “yoga mom” or two, but it’s not just for adults! It is also becoming increasing popular for children with special needs. Yoga gives children with special needs a unique opportunity to strengthen muscles, balance the nervous and endocrine systems, nourish and stimulate brain cells, and rejuvenate internal organs all to help them feel an increase in mental clarity, emotional stability, and a greater sense of overall well-being!
